We all know the power of a promise. It can inspire hope. We also know the power of a promise broken. Promises can be powerful things. Christmas is the story of a promise. A promise made, a promise kept, and a promise still waiting to be kept. Christian hope. Hope is not a wish, but a joyful expectation rooted in a trustworthy promise. Our joy is rooted to our hope. Our hope is rooted in the promises of God...promises that are fulfilled in Jesus.
